Professional reaches the gate
On a booking inside a registered society, the professional taps “I'm at the gate” in the DigiKaragir app — or the guard scans their DigiKaragir ID.
The console shows who they are
The guard's tablet instantly shows the professional's verified photo and ID, the flat they are visiting and the service — with a clear verdict: expected, or not.
The guard decides
Approve, reject, hold or mark not-found. The resident and the professional are both notified of the outcome automatically.
It's recorded — permanently
Every decision is written to a tamper-proof register with the time, the guard on duty and the reason. Nothing can be quietly edited later.
Built into the platform, ready for your gate
The Gate Security System is part of the live DigiKaragir platform and is available to societies in our current service areas. It runs on a standard tablet at your gate — no proprietary hardware — and it never slows a genuine visit down: the gate check runs alongside the normal booking, so a booking always completes through the resident's Visit Shield PIN as usual.
