  • Treat every professional with courtesy and respect — they are skilled independent workers.
  • Agree the scope and visit charge clearly before work begins.
  • Never ask a professional to bypass Visit Shield or platform safety features.
  • Leave honest, fair reviews based on your genuine experience.
  • Keep payments transparent and pay the agreed amount promptly.

For professionals

  • Complete genuine KYC — your verified identity is the trust customers rely on.
  • Quote fair, transparent visit charges and honour what you agree.
  • Arrive on time, come prepared, and communicate clearly if plans change.
  • Always verify the Visit Shield PIN at the customer's door.
  • Maintain professionalism, hygiene and safety on every visit.
  • Never solicit customers to transact outside the platform's safety framework.

Enforcement

We take these guidelines seriously. Behaviour that puts safety at risk, involves fraud or harassment, or attempts to bypass platform protections such as Visit Shield may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal from DigiKaragir. If you experience anything that breaks these standards, please report it to us right away — we investigate every report.
