In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Intermediary Guidelines, 2021, here is how you can raise and escalate a grievance with DigiKaragir.

    Try in-app support first

    Most issues are resolved fastest through the Support section of the DigiKaragir app, where you can raise a ticket linked to your booking or recharge.

    Escalate to the Grievance Officer

    If your concern isn't resolved, or relates to privacy, safety or content, write to our Grievance Officer with the details and any reference numbers.

  3. 3

    Acknowledgement & resolution

    We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
